Screen printing consists of five major elements, namely squeegee, screen-printing plate, ink, printing table, and substrate. The basic principle of screen printing is the use of screen-printing plate graphics part of the mesh through the ink, the non-graphic part of the mesh impervious to the basic principles of printing. Due to the role of rebound force, the screen-printing plate and the substrate is only mobile line contact, while the other parts of the screen-printing plate and the substrate for the disengaged state. This breaks the movement of the ink and screen to ensure the accuracy of the print size and thus avoid scuffing of the substrate. When the squeegee is lifted after scraping the entire page, the screen-printing plate is lifted at the same time, so the ink is gently scraped back to its initial position. This is a printing stroke.

Water-based screen-printing ink

Heat-set inks
This ink is thicker and more durable than water-based screen-printing inks. It is versatile and provides crisp graphic detail. Plastic inks are widely used. It stays on for a long time while the color is being produced on the product. It is more suitable for screen printing methods, equipment and designs because it stays on the screen for a long time without drying out.

1.Make sure that the Bottle Screen Printing Machine has a stable working platform and do not place any objects on the Bottle Screen Printing Machine.The printer closes its front cover when printing to prevent dust from entering the printer or other hard objects obstructing the movement of the printer carriage.It is forbidden to plug and unplug the printer cable with power on,as this will damage the printer's print port and the PC's parallel port,or even damage the PC's main board.If the print output is not clear,the automatic cleaning function of the printer can be used to clean the print head,but a small amount of ink will be consumed.If printing is still unsatisfactory after several consecutive cleanings,the ink may have run out at this time and the ink cartridge needs to be replaced.

2.Bottle Screen Printing Machine ink cartridges need frequent calibration:Users who have experience with bottle UV printers know that bottle UV printers must calibrate the printer after reinstalling the ink cartridge or replacing the new ink cartridge to improve printing accuracy and print quality..

3.When the Bottle Screen Printing Machine cartridge is not used for a long time,it should be kept at room temperature to avoid direct sunlight.Because the ink evaporates quickly in this environment,it is easy to cause nozzle blockage.In addition,in a low temperature and humid environment,the print head circuit and ink are prone to problems.

4.Ensure that the environment around the Bottle Screen Printing Machine is clean.Too much dust in the working environment can easily lead to poor lubrication of the guide shaft of the trolley,blocking the movement of the print head during the printing process,causing inaccurate printing position or hitting the mechanical frame,causing damage and crashes.When the print head is restarted without returning to the initial position,the printer will first return the print head to the initial position,and then will perform the operation of cleaning the print head,which will cause unnecessary waste of ink.The way to solve this problem is to frequently wipe off the dust on the guide shaft and lubricate the guide shaft(choose lubricating oil with good fluidity,such as lubricating grease).

5.Before shutting down the Bottle Screen Printing Machine,let the print head return to the initial position(when the printer is paused,the print head will automatically return to the initial position).This is to prevent the printer from re-cleaning the nozzle and waste ink when the printer is turned on next time,and the other is because the nozzle can be sealed by the protective cover in the initial position,so that the nozzle is not easy to be blocked.
